Arrival/Departure (Check-In/Check-Out): On your arrival day the rooms will be available between 2:00 pm and 9:00 pm. On your departure, we kindly ask you to free your room at 11:00 am. Late check-out may be possible on request with additional charges.
Access during the closing times: Please, take your key with you and use the badge to access to the hotel.
Express departure: In case you request an early or fast check-out, we ask you to pay for your stay the day before your departure. Thanks in advance.

No disturb: If you do not want to be disturbed, we kindly ask you to leave the “Do not disturb” card outside your door.
Room-cleaning: We thank you to leave the green paper “Please clean the room” whenever you would like your room to be serviced. Service is provided until 1:00 pm.
Save the planet: The pollution control and waste management are essentials. We can help to reduce the pollution, to hand over a nature more preserved to the future generation. That is the reason why we change your sheets every three days and the towels every day on request. If you want clean towels, place them on the floor. In addition, we ask you to switch off the lights and the TV when you leave your room. Thank you for your cooperation for a better future.
Adaptor: If you have a laptop or a mobile phone to charge - No problem, ask for an adaptor at the reception. Deposit: CHF 10.00/EUR 10.00.
Telephone: Please read the guide next to the phone.
Radio: All our televisions have a radio.
Coat hangers: In case you would like more hangers, just ask the reception.
Pad and pen: You will find these items in your room.
Beverage-service: during the reception opening time. Please ask at the reception.
Pets: Small animals are accepted at the hotel with an extra charge of CHF 10.00 per animal/per day.
Pillows and supplement coverage for your comfort? Would you prefer a special pillow? We offer ergonomic and allergy-free pillows. Please contact the reception during the front office opening time.
For your security / EGS service: During the night (reception closed) the EGS-service is on duty. Please dial the number 111 and your call will be automatically redirected. This service is only responsible for emergencies, otherwise any requests will be processed again from 7.00 am the next day.
Video surveillance: Our hotel is on video surveillance 24h/24h.
Emergency exit: Follow the evacuation plan, which is displayed on the back of the door of you room.
Cigarettes: It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the building, any room or public area. In case of noncompliance, we will charge extra cleaning penalty of CHF 200.00.
Smoke detector: All our rooms are equipped with a very sensitive smoke detector. We thank you for not smoking in the room.
Fire: In case of a fire, close the windows. Leave your room immediately and close the door. Follow the evacuation plan, but don’t use the elevator (see the instructions in your room door). If you can’t leave your room, stuff wet bath towels in the door’s lot, open your window and call the reception desk. Please take note of the “in case of fire” information sheet at the end of this booklet.

Silence: Please respect your room-mate /your neighbors / and other guests between : 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Please regulate the sound of your television to an appropriate volume and speak softly.
Luggage deposit: You can leave your luggage free of charge at the reception. We help you transporting your luggage to/from your room to the reception. Cost: CHF 3.00 per way/per luggage (exception for disable guests).
Parking: A certain number of parking permits at CHF 10.00 per day during your stay for the public white parking spaces around the hotel building are available (reservation not possible). Ask for them at the reception for a deposit of CHF 100.00 or € 70.00 or an ID/personal ID. (These are not hotel parking spaces). Available from 2pm on the day of arrival until 12pm on the day of departure. A supplement may be requested for any extension, if available.
Internet-Wireless: The free access code is on your desk and at the front office during the opening hours.
Our small market: If you have forgotten something for everyday use, ask at the reception during opening hours.
Did you forget your umbrella? Available at the reception during opening hours.
Do you need a Fridge? Please ask the reception (rent: CHF 5.00 /per day)
Wake-up calls: You can program a wakeup call on your TV. If you prefer a personal wake up call, it is possible from reception opening hours. We kindly ask you to inform the reception until 8:00 pm the day before.
Shoe cleaning machine: On the 1st floor you will find a machine to maintain your shoes.
Polish set: A complete set is available at the reception.
Sewing kit: Available at the reception.
Snacks -machine: You will find a snack and drink machine on the 1st floor (coins payment).
Laundry: We'll wash and iron your clothes within 48 hours. You will find the price list and the bags in your wardrobe. Please return it to reception before 9:00 am.
Ironing: We have a room at your disposal on the 2nd floor. Please ask the reception for the key during the front office opening time. For security reasons, it is forbidden to iron in the room.
Photocopies: Please ask at the reception. CHF 0.50 per copy.
Messages: The reception transfers your messages during the opening times.
Buffet Breakfast: CHF 18.00 per person/per day. The breakfast is served from 7:00am to 10.00am in our breakfast room at the 1st floor. If you didn’t pre-order your breakfast, you can order it on your arrival day before 8:00pm.
Continental breakfast in you room (to be ordered until 8pm the day before) : CHF 18.00 per person/per day, from 7.00am until 10.00am. Included: 1 hot beverage, 1 orange juice, 1 piece of bread, 1 croissant, 1 confiture, 1 butter and 1 fruit. Any additional room services will be charged CHF 5.00.
Food Allergies: If you have any allergies, please inform us one day before your arrival and we will do our best to provide another selection of items.
